Parking Details

There are several nearby parking lots. The closest include:

• University Blvd Lot — next door to venue: 6131 University Boulevard, Vancouver, BC V6T 0C7, $4.50/hour; no maximum
• Health Sciences Parkade — 6 minute walk to venue: 2250 Health Sciences Mall, Vancouver, BC V6T 1Z3, $2.25/half hour; $22 maximum
• North Parkade — 5 minute walk to venue: 6115 Student Union Boulevard, Vancouver, BC V6T 1Z1, $2.25/half hour; $22 maximum

We are subject to the university's public parking so space may be limited. We are unable to provide vouchers for parking.

There is also metered parking available on the street, but we do not recommend this as it is very limited and expensive.

Material Drop Off Details

The closest drop-off area to the AMS Great Hall is by the University Blvd Parking lot or anywhere in the cul-de-sac area closest to Brown's Crafthouse and the AMS Nest. If you prefer to drop off materials before parking, we suggest dropping them off here and contacting us beforehand. Please check your email for our phone details. We will have a team of volunteers near all doors between 8:50 AM and 10:00 AM.

Building Details

The Great Hall is located on the second floor of the AMS Nest. We will have signage on the day along with volunteers to direct you to the correct location.

We recommend using the elevator by the Wireless Wave for the fastest movement of materials.

Venue Details

• The Great Hall is a large open space for booths.
• There are no walls or dividers between booths, so please be respectful of your neighbours.
• We have been told that the estimated amperage is 12A and the estimated voltage is 120V.
• Wifi should be accessible through UBC Public Wifi. See the Internet Access section below for instructions.
• There are no coat racks so please keep this in mind when packing.

Catering Schedule

• We are excited to offer a variety of food and beverage options for employers throughout the day!
• Dietary restrictions should be marked on the relevant food items.
• Employers will be provided with a ticket on the day of the event detailing the number of meals they are entitled to.
• All food will be served in Room 2309 at the AMS Nest. See the schedule below for the times food will be distributed.
• Should the forum door be closed, please ask the check ins counter for assistance.
